The 4270-24Y is a high-isolation switch designed for CATV applications. It operates on a single 3-volt supply and offers a single-pin CMOS control interface. With its low insertion loss, high isolation, and extremely low bias requirements, this switch provides a cost-effective and manufacturable solution compared to mechanical relays. It covers a broad frequency range from near DC up to 3000 MHz.
