The LT1122CS8#TRPBF is a JFET input operational amplifier that combines high speed and precision performance. It features a unique poly-gate JFET process that minimizes gate series resistance and gate-to-drain capacitance, allowing for wide bandwidth performance without degrading JFET transistor matching. The LT1122 has a slew rate of 80V/µs and settles in 340ns, making it ideal for fast settling 12-bit data conversion and acquisition systems. It has an offset voltage of 120µV, a voltage gain of 500,000, an input bias current of 10pA, and an offset current of 4pA, making it suitable for high-speed sample and hold amplifiers, peak detectors, and integrators.
