Description
The DG419DY-T1-E3 is a monolithic CMOS analog switch designed to provide high-performance switching of analog signals. It offers a combination of low power consumption, low leakage, high speed, low on-resistance, and small physical size. This makes the DG419DY-T1-E3 ideal for portable and battery-powered industrial and military applications that require efficient use of board space.
The DG419DY-T1-E3 is built on Vishay Siliconix's high voltage silicon gate (HVSG) process, allowing it to achieve high voltage ratings and superior switching performance. It features break-before-make switching and an epitaxial layer to prevent latchup. When on, each switch conducts equally well in both directions, and when off, it blocks up to the power supply level.
The DG419DY-T1-E3 is suited for a wide range of applications including precision test equipment, precision instrumentation, battery-powered systems, sample-and-hold circuits, military radios, guidance and control systems, and hard disk drives.
