Description

The Electronic Component Model 7665SIBA is a Super CMOS Micropower Over/Under Voltage Detector designed for battery-operated systems and instruments. It contains two low power, individually programmable voltage detectors on a single CMOS chip. The device is ideal for applications that require high or low voltage warnings, settable trip points, or fault monitoring and correction. It operates at a low current of typically 3µA and has an operating voltage range of 1.6V to 16V.
