Description
The MOC3012TVM is an optically isolated triac driver device belonging to the MOC301XM and MOC302XM series of devices. These devices are designed to interface between electronic controls and power triacs, which are then used to control resistive and inductive loads for 115 VAC operations. The MOC3012TVM includes a GaAs infrared emitting diode and a light-activated silicon bilateral switch, which operates like a triac.
