    The 74LVT162374 is a high performance BiCMOS product designed for VCC operation at 3.3V. It is a 16-bit edge-triggered flip-flop with 3-state buffers. The 74LVT162374 is designed with 30 Ω series resistance in both the HIGH and LOW states of the output, reducing line noise in applications such as memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus receivers/transmitters. It has an output capability of +12 mA and -12 mA and uses TTL input and output switching levels. This component also has input and output interface capability to systems at 5V supply and bus-hold data inputs that eliminate the need for external pull-up resistors to hold unused inputs. The 74LVT162374 allows for live insertion and extraction and includes power-up reset and 3-state features.
