Description
The MAX4522CPE+ is a quad, low-voltage, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch, which belongs to the analog switches/multiplexers product category. It is designed to handle rail-to-rail analog signals and has an on-resistance of 100Ω max, which is matched between switches to 4Ω max and is flat over the specified signal range. The off-leakage current is only 1nA at +25°C and 10nA at +85°C. This analog switch can operate on a single supply voltage of +2V to +12V or dual supplies of ±2V to ±6V. The MAX4522CPE+ is pin compatible with industry-standard DG211/DG212/DG213 and has TTL/CMOS-compatible inputs with ±5V or a single +5V supply. It is also equipped with over 2kV ESD protection per Method 3015.7.
