Description
STGW19NC60HD is an IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) model designed by STMicroelectronics. It is a member of the PowerMESH IGBT family which uses the latest high-voltage technology based on a patented strip layout, and offers excellent performance characterized by high input impedance, low on-voltage drop, low gate charge, high current capability and very high frequency operation. The suffix "H" identifies a family that is optimized to achieve low switching times (<120kHz) for high-frequency applications.
