The MIC5203-2.8BM5 is a µCap 80mA linear voltage regulator designed for applications in the electronic component industry, specifically in the category of linear voltage regulators. It boasts very low dropout voltage, with a typical value of 20mV at light loads and 300mV at 80mA. The regulator also has a very low ground current of 225µA at 20mA output. Its design is optimized to work with low value, low-cost ceramic capacitors, requiring only 0.47µF of output capacitance for stability. The MIC5203-2.8BM5 offers better than 3% initial accuracy and features a logic-compatible enable input.
