Description
The MB2011SS2G13 is a push switch manufactured by NKK SWITCHES. It has distinctive characteristics that make it stand out from other switches in the market. One of its key features is the guide interlocked with the actuator block, which prevents window locking and maintains correct plunger alignment to assure contact stability. It also employs an over-center actuator mechanism, reducing sparking and increasing operating life in AC circuits. The switch is designed with a high torque bushing construction that prevents rotation or separation from the frame during installation. Additionally, it offers a splashproof option (D3 and B3 bushing codes) with an o-ring within the bushing and one under the face nut to protect it from splashed, sprayed, or spilled liquids. The high insulating barriers formed in the molded diallyl phthalate case increase isolation of circuits in multipole devices, while the prominent external insulating barriers enhance insulation resistance and dielectric strength. The switch is equipped with epoxy sealed terminals, preventing the entry of solder flux and other contaminants. Finally, the frame is clinched to the case well above the base and terminals, providing a 1,500V dielectric strength.
