The ZSR300CL is a three terminal fixed positive voltage regulator that belongs to the ZSR Series. It is designed with an internal circuit current limit and thermal shutdown feature, making it highly resistant to destruction. This voltage regulator allows for the creation of custom voltages in the range of 2.85 to 12 volts. It is available in both surface mount and through hole packaging options, catering to different space requirements. The ZSR300CL is suitable for various voltage regulation applications, especially for local voltage regulation scenarios where distributed single source regulation might encounter complications.
