Description
The TVC16222A is a dual-channel LDO product consisting of 2 independent low noise, low dropout (LDO), linear regulators. It is specially designed for battery-powered equipment and portable devices. The regulator achieves a low 300mV dropout at 200mA 3.3V output and has a good PSRR of near 50dB at a frequency range of 1K~10KHz. The TVC16222A consumes only 80uA supply current with both regulators enabled and supports different output voltages ranging from 1.2V to 3.6V (pre-set). It is smartly designed to fit in three different pin allocations of the SOT23-6 package, offering higher flexibility for users' PCB layout.
