The Vishay Siliconix SIC414CD-T1-GE3 is an advanced stand-alone synchronous buck regulator featuring integrated power MOSFETs, bootstrap switch, and a programmable LDO in a space-saving PowerPAK MLP55-32L pin package. It is designed for high efficiency with a greater than 95% efficiency rating and a continuous output current capability of 10 A. The regulator also includes an integrated bootstrap switch, a programmable 200 mA LDO with bypass logic, and a temperature-compensated current limit. It offers various features such as pseudo fixed-frequency adaptive on-time control, programmable input UVLO threshold, and selectable power-save modes. Additionally, it has a programmable soft-start and soft-shutdown function, a 1% internal reference voltage, and various protection features including over-voltage and under-voltage protections. The SIC414CD-T1-GE3 is suitable for a wide range of applications including notebook, desktop, and server computers, digital HDTV and consumer applications, networking and telecommunication equipment, printers, DSL, and STB applications, embedded applications, and point of load power supplies.
