Description
The LF33CPT is a very low dropout voltage regulator available in various package options such as PENTAWATT, TO-220, ISOWATT220, DPAK, and PPAK. It is designed for low noise and low power applications, making it ideal for battery-powered systems. This regulator has a drop voltage of only 0.45V and a quiescent current as low as 50 µA in off mode and 500 µA in on mode. It can provide an output current of up to 500 mA and supports a wide range of output voltages from 1.25V to 12V. It features logic-controlled electronic shutdown, internal current and thermal limit, and requires only 2.2µF for stability. The LF33CPT is available in ± 1% (AB) or ± 2% (C) selection at 25°C and offers a supply voltage rejection of 80 dB (typical).
