Description
The MAX2205EBS+T10 is a wideband power detector designed specifically for RF detection applications. It operates in the frequency range of 800MHz to 2GHz and is suitable for use in GSM/EDGE, TDMA, and CDMA systems. The detector takes an RF signal from a directional coupler and outputs a highly repeatable voltage, which increases with the input power. It has built-in compensation for temperature and process shifts, ensuring consistent performance. At full power, the detector has a maximum variation of less than ±1dB, and at the lowest power, the variation is within ±2.5dB.
