Heating is essential in winter, and temperature controllers are indispensable for household appliances such as air conditioners and refrigerators. For hot summer electric refrigerators, temperature controllers are essential and mainly divided into ordinary type, constant temperature startup type, and semi-automatic defrost type.
In the ordinary type temperature controller, the temperature is adjusted according to the change of the gear. As the gear increases, the startup and shutdown temperature points decrease, and vice versa.
The constant temperature startup type temperature controller has a gear knob that does not affect the startup temperature but affects the shutdown temperature. When the gear is increased, the shutdown temperature decreases; when the gear is decreased, the shutdown temperature increases. The constant temperature startup type is usually used for the refrigeration function of dual-temperature refrigerators.
The semi-automatic defrost type temperature controller is now usually not used because defrosting requires manual operation, but it can be automatically controlled after defrosting is stopped. Therefore, it is called a semi-automatic defrost type temperature controller. In terms of temperature control function, it is similar to the ordinary type and is usually used only for the refrigeration function of single-door refrigerators.
The startup temperature of the constant temperature startup type temperature controller does not change with the gear. Therefore, for dual-temperature refrigerators with higher environmental requirements and lower surrounding temperatures, the temperature recovery speed is slow and the freezing effect is not good after shutdown. Once it is shut down, it will remain in a shutdown state for a period of time until the environmental temperature increases before starting refrigeration.
In addition, if the environmental temperature is too low, simply adjusting the gear of the temperature controller will not solve the problem. The temperature controller should be moved to a higher temperature position or the refrigeration compartment should be heated.
