Description
The FDMF6705B is part of the XS™ DrMOS family, which is Fairchild's next-generation integrated MOSFET plus driver power stage solution. It is designed for high-current and high-frequency synchronous buck DC-DC applications. The FDMF6705B integrates a driver IC, two power MOSFETs, and a bootstrap Schottky diode into a compact 6x6 mm package.
