BPW76B is a high radiant sensitivity silicon NPN phototransistor that is suitable for visible and near infrared radiation. It comes in a hermetically sealed TO-18 package with a base terminal and flat glass window. The phototransistor has a high sensitivity to radiant radiation and is sensitive to visible and near infrared radiation.
