Description
The MIC5191YML is an ultra high-speed linear regulator controller designed for microprocessor cores, ASICs, and other high-speed devices. It features an external N-Channel FET as its power device, allowing it to handle fast load demands. With a signal bandwidth of over 500 kHz and a minimum amount of capacitance, the MIC5191YML ensures a clean output voltage regardless of the load demand. It has a powerful output driver that can deliver large MOSFETs into their linear regions, resulting in an ultra-low dropout voltage.
