Description
Intersil ISL6123, ISL6124, ISL6125, ISL6126, ISL6127, ISL6128 and ISL6130 are advanced power supply sequencers, specially designed for various applications like Graphics Cards, FPGA, ASIC, Microprocessor, PowerPC Supply Sequencing and Network Routers, etc. These sequencers utilize a patented 7x charge pump to drive four external low-cost NFET switch gates above the supply rail by 5.3V. The ICs can be biased from 1.5V to 5V by any supply to turn-on and turn-off sequencing of up to four power supplies with an adjustable voltage slew rate for each rail. With a high level of reliability, glitch immunity, and fault protection, Intersil sequencers guarantee that the four channels will turn on/off in a proper sequence according to a fixed sequence or customer-specified sequence.
