    The TH8056KDC-AAA-014 is a single wire data link device designed for use in applications that require a lower data rate and aim for cost reductions in both physical media components and microprocessors or dedicated logic devices. It is fully compliant with the GMW3089 V2.4 and J2411 Single Wire CAN specifications for Class B in-vehicle communications.

    • Low RFI due to output wave shaping in normal and high voltage wake up mode

    • Loss of ground protection, very low leakage current (typ. 20µA at 26.5V and 125°C)
