Description
The LTC203CS#PBF is a micropower, quad CMOS analog switch designed for applications in audio and video signal routing, battery-operated systems, and communication devices. With a supply voltage of ±15V, the signal range is ±15V. The switch has 65Ω typical on resistance and a very high off resistance, preventing the shorting of two channels. It typically dissipates only 250µW from ±15V supplies and 40µW from a single 5V supply.
Specifications and features
The LTC203CS#PBF operates on a micropower of 250µW from ±15V supplies and 40µW from a single 5V supply. These switches have special charge compensation circuitry which greatly reduces charge injection to a maximum of ±25pC (±15V supplies). It has a guaranteed break before make, latch-resistant design and has TTL/CMOS compatibility. This switch is an improved second source for DG2O1A/DG202.
