Description
The SP809NEK-4.4 is a low power microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit used to monitor power supplies in µP and digital systems. It provides circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating the need for external components. The SP809NEK-4.4 features a reset comparator to identify invalid signals that last less than 140ms. When the VCC supply voltage falls below the preset threshold, a reset signal is asserted for at least 140ms after VCC has risen above the reset threshold. This model has an active-low RESET output. With its low supply current of 1µA, the SP809NEK-4.4 is ideal for portable equipment. It is available in a 3 pin SOT-23 package.
