The ES6603S-WC is an electronic component model manufactured by ESS Technology, Inc. It is a single-chip DVD processor designed for high-performance DVD solutions. The processor integrates various functions including read channel, ECC, Servo DSP, MCU, and MPEG-2 decoder. It supports a state-of-the-art 480p/576p progressive-scan video feature, delivering brilliant and flicker-free video output. Additionally, it has S/PDIF input and output support and performs audio/video stream data processing, TV encoding, Macrovision copy protection, DVD system navigation, and other functions.

- Macrovision AGC 1.03-compliant for 480p progressive scan video

- CCIR 656/601 YUV 4:2:2 output
