Description
The 54HC32J is a CMOS function model designed to meet the radiation requirements of the aerospace industry. It is part of the M54HCxxx and M54HCTxxx series, which includes a wide range of gates, flip-flops, multiplexers, counters, bus interfaces, and other functions. The model is housed in hermetic packages and has excellent radiation hardness, single event latch-up (SEL) immunity, and can withstand the most difficult environmental conditions.
