The MAT02 is an NPN dual monolithic transistor designed for low noise, low drift, and low rBE. The transistor's high current gain (hFE) is maintained over a wide range of collector current. The MAT02 series is optimized with Precision Monolithics' exclusive Silicon Nitride “Triple Passivation” process, enabling stable device parameters over a wide temperature range and elapsed time.
