  • Description

    The Z80180 microprocessor unit (MPU) is an 8-bit MPU designed to reduce system costs and is fully backward compatible with existing ZiLOG Z80 devices. It incorporates several key system functions on-chip with the CPU, including I/O devices such as DMA, UART, and timer channels and also includes wait-state generators, a clock oscillator, and an interrupt controller. The Z80180 is available in 80-pin QFP, 68-pin PLCC, and 64-pin DIP packages.
