Description
QX3406 is a high efficiency, high working frequency, Low-noise synchronous step-down DC/DC voltage stabilizer. The operating current is only 20μA, and it is as low as 1μA when turned off. It has an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, making it suitable for applications with a single lithium battery power source. The output voltage can be adjusted from 5.5V to 0.6V. The QX3406 can operate at 100% duty cycle, which can extend the life of portable system lithium batteries.

- Very low static current: only 20μA at work
- Output current up to 600mA
- Input voltage range: 2.5V to 5.5V
- 1.5MHz fixed operating frequency
- No need for Schottky diode
- Can perform LD O operation: 100% duty cycle
- 0.6V reference voltage
- The current in shutdown mode is less than 1μA
- Current mode operation has excellent linearity and transient response
- Internal over-temperature protection
- Very small SOT23-5 package
