Description
The ADP3339AKCZ-2.5-RL is a linear voltage regulator part of the ADP33xx family. It has an input voltage range of 2.8V to 6V and delivers up to 1.5A of load current. Its enhanced process and novel architecture enable it to offer higher output current and performance advantages compared to conventional LDOs. This device only requires a 1.0µF output capacitor for stability and is insensitive to output capacitor equivalent series resistance (ESR). The device is stable with any good quality capacitor, including ceramic (MLCC) types for space-restricted applications.
