The TLP762J is an electronic component model used for industrial inverters, specifically designed for gate driving circuits for IGBTs or power MOSFETs. It consists of a GaAℓAs light-emitting diode and an integrated photodetector. This unit is available in a 6-lead SDIP package, which is 50% smaller than the 8-pin DIP package.
