Description
The 74AS74A is a dual edge-triggered flip-flop component in the product category of Flip Flops. It features individual D, clock, clear, and preset inputs, as well as complementary Q and Q outputs. When a clock pulse's positive going edge is detected, the information at input D is transferred to the Q output. The clock triggering occurs at a specific voltage level and is not dependent on the transition time of the pulse. When the clock input is either HIGH or LOW, the D input signal has no effect.
