Description
The TL431AQDBZTG4 is part of a three-terminal shunt regulator family used in voltage reference applications. It comes with an output voltage range between Vref and 36 V and can be set by two external resistors.
Specifications and Features
Programmable output voltage up to 36 V. It comes with three different reference voltage tolerances, namely; Standard grade: 2%, A-Grade: 1%, and B-Grade: 0.5%. It has a typical temperature drift of 6mV in a range of 0°C up to 70°C and has low output noise. The typical output impedance is 0.2Ω, and sink current capability is 1mA to 100mA. The TL431AQDBZTG4 is qualified as AEC-Q100 grade 1.
