The LT1461AIS8-3.3 is a low dropout micropower bandgap reference that combines very high accuracy and low drift with low supply current and high output drive. It belongs to the voltage references product category. This series reference uses advanced curvature compensation techniques to obtain low temperature coefficient and trimmed precision thin-film resistors to achieve high output accuracy. With a maximum supply current of 35µA, the LT1461AIS8-3.3 is ideal for low power and portable applications, yet its high 50mA output drive makes it suitable for higher power requirements, such as precision regulators. It has a dropout voltage of less than 300mV for maximum battery life while maintaining full reference performance. The LT1461AIS8-3.3 is available in 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V 4.096V, and 5V options.
