Description

The Fujitsu MB15F72UL is a serial input Phase Locked Loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer with a 1300 MHz and a 350 MHz pre-scalers. It is ideally suited for wireless mobile communications, such as CDMA. The MB15F72UL uses the BiCMOS process, resulting in a supply current of typically 2.5 mA at 2.7 V, with a supply voltage range from 2.4 V to 3.6 V. It has a refined charge pump that supplies well-balanced output current. The new package (BCC20) decreases the mount area of MB15F72UL by more than 30% compared to the former BCC16 (for dual PLL).
