Description
The MAX9140EXK-T is a linear comparator component designed for high-speed systems powered from either a 3V or 5V supply. It is available in a single channel or dual/quad configuration. With a propagation delay of 40ns and a supply current of only 150µA per comparator, it offers a combination of high speed and low power consumption. The MAX9140EXK-T also features Rail-to-Rail inputs and a low offset voltage of 500µV. It is housed in either an SC70 or SOT23 package.
