Description
The MC74ACT245DWR2G is an octal bidirectional transceiver that's typically used in bus-oriented applications. It features eight non-inverting buffers with 3-state outputs and is designed to have a current sinking capacity of 24 mA at both the A and B ports. Its Transmit/Receive (T/R) input can determine the direction of data, with the transmit (active-HIGH) enabling data from A ports to B ports while receive (active-LOW) enabling data from B ports to A ports. Additionally, the output enable input, when HIGH, disables both A and B ports by placing them in a High-Z condition.
