    The AD7528JN is a dual 8-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that provides excellent DAC-to-DAC matching. It features separate on-chip latches for easy microprocessor interface, allowing data to be transferred into any of the two DAC data latches through a common 8-bit TTL/CMOS compatible input port. With a load cycle similar to the write cycle of a random access memory, the AD7528JN is bus compatible with most 8-bit microprocessors, including 6800, 8080, 8085, Z80. It operates at 20 mW power consumption in a power supply range of +5 V to +15 V.

    Specifications and features

    • Available in skinny 0.3" wide 20-lead DIPs and in 20-lead surface mount packages
    • Separate on-chip latches for each DAC

    • Control input DAC A/DAC B determines which DAC is to be loaded
