NEC's LE79124KVC model is a telecommunication interface IC belonging to the Electro-Absorption (EA) modulator integrated, 1550 nm Multiple Quantum Well (MQW) structured Distributed Feedback (DFB) laser diode series. It is capable of 2.5 Gb/s applications over a very long reach of 360 km, 600 km, and 240 km and available for Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) wavelengths based on ITU-T recommendations. This electronic component model provides a wide range of applications.
