The 74LV174PW,118 is a low–voltage Si–gate CMOS device that is compatible with the 74HC/HCT174. It operates within a wide voltage range of 1.0 to 5.5V and is optimized for low voltage applications of 1.0 to 3.6V. This component accepts TTL input levels between VCC = 2.7V and VCC = 3.6V and has a typical VOLP (output ground bounce) of less than 0.8V at VCC = 3.3V and Tamb = 25°C.
