Description
The RT2571F is a voltage regulator IC with high output voltage accuracy and low supply current. It is designed using a CMOS process and consists of a voltage reference unit, error amplifier, output voltage setting resistors, and a current limit circuit. The output voltage of the RT2571F is fixed with high accuracy. It features a built-in driver transistor with low ON resistance, allowing for the development of low dropout CMOS type regulators. The ICs are also protected from destruction with a current limit circuit, even if the output voltage is shorted to ground. Additionally, the RT2571F has a chip enable function to minimize standby supply current. With its SOT-23-5 (Mini-mold) package, high density mounting on boards is possible.

- Small Package: SOT-23-5 (Mini-mold)
