The 5920PL-07W-B49-D57 is a 1.5 watt Zener diode that provides voltage regulation in a selection of 3.3 to 200 volts with various tolerance options available. It is available in both glass encapsulated and plastic-body constructions, with the glass encapsulated version offering hermetic-sealed qualities and higher rated temperature. It is suitable for high reliability applications and is available from Microsemi.
