Description
The L4921 is a toggle switch within the electronic component category. It is an adjustable voltage regulator switch with comprehensive on-chip protection and low quiescent current. Protected against load dump and field decay transients, polarity reversal and over-heating, the L4921 also has a foldback current limiter which protects against load short circuits and an adjustable output voltage from 1.25V to 20V. The minimum operating input voltage for this model is 5.2V (TJ = 25°C).
