The Spansion S25FL128S and S25FL256S devices are flash non-volatile memory products using MirrorBit technology. These devices store two data bits in each memory array transistor, resulting in higher data storage capacity. They also feature the Eclipse architecture, which improves program and erase performance. With a 65 nm process lithography, these devices offer faster and more efficient memory operations.
