The ADS1296IPAG is an Analog Front End (AFE) model, specifically the 6-channel, low-noise, 24-bit delta-sigma Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) used for acquiring bioelectric signals. This AFE model offers excellent performance and ease-of-use in a small 64-pin TQFP package, making it a good choice for high-precision measurements, especially in power-constrained and portable applications. The input multiplexer with up to six differential or 12 single-ended inputs and programmable gain amplifiers (PGA) of this model makes it an ideal choice for various biomedical signal acquisition systems.
