Description
The TJ5205SF5-5.0V-5L is an electronic component model in the IC Chips category. With a data rate of up to 33kbps (Manchester encoded) or 66kbps (NRZ encoded), this device provides a typical output power of +10dBm into a 50Ω load and exhibits a typical sensitivity of -110dBm. The MAX7031 features separate transmit and receive pins (PAOUT and LNAIN) and includes an internal RF switch for connecting the transmit and receive pins to a common antenna.
