Description
The IXDI404SI-16 is a high-speed MOSFET driver component used for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs. It is built using the advantages and compatibility of CMOS and IXYS HDMOSTM processes, allowing it to deliver a peak output current of 4A. With a wide operating range of 4.5V to 35V, it can efficiently drive capacitive loads of up to 1800pF in less than 15ns. The IXDI404SI-16 boasts matched rise and fall times, low propagation delay time, low output impedance, and low supply current. It is designed as a dual driver in a single chip, providing enhanced speed and drive capabilities.
