Description
The YB6 is a member of the family of devices that consists of PACDN042, PACDN043, PACDN044, PACDN045, and PACDN046. These devices are transient voltage suppressor arrays designed to provide a high level of protection for sensitive electronic components against electrostatic discharge (ESD). They are capable of safely dissipating ESD strikes that exceed the IEC 61000-4-2 International Standard Level 4 (8kV contact discharge).
