Description
The Z86E0812SEG is a One-Time Programmable (OTP) Microcontroller (MCU) belonging to the Zilog Z8 single-chip MCU family. It is ideal for applications that require powerful I/O capabilities and real-time task administration. The device features dedicated input and output lines, grouped into three ports configurable under software control, which can provide timing, status signals, or parallel I/O. It has on-chip counter/timers that offload the system from I/O data communication and counting/timing tasks, among other features.
