The QT1018BH, also known as the AT42QT1010, is a digital burst mode charge-transfer (QT™) sensor designed for detecting near proximity or touch. It is widely used in various applications such as touch controls and proximity sensors. This self-contained digital IC can project a touch or proximity field through various materials like glass, plastic, stone, ceramic, and even wood. It can also turn small metal-bearing objects into sensors, making them responsive to proximity or touch. With its self-calibrating capability, the QT1018BH opens up new possibilities for innovative product concepts.
