Description
The UM4420A is a quad-channel digital isolator with a regulated dc-to-dc isolated power supply controller and an internal MOSFET driver. It is part of the ADuM4470/ADuM4471/ADuM4472/ADuM4473/ADuM4474 series. The dc-to-dc controller utilizes the iCoupler® chip scale transformer technology and complete loop compensation to provide stable operation without the need for an optocoupler for feedback. This isolator eliminates the need for additional components and ensures reliable performance.
